Dracma Foundation was founded with the idea of promoting women in the world of work, and betting on the implementation of integrative education in schools at risk of vulnerability, through the drive and vision of the religious congregation Siervas de San José, who have created for decades, spaces that collaborate with the reduction of gender gaps in Chile.
The association with people and institutions that innovate in learning today has allowed us to make the vision of providing greater support to women, girls, boys and trainers a reality on their path to building a more egalitarian and hopeful tomorrow.
We put our soul into all our initiatives and celebrate every step we take with the contribution of professionals who, from spirituality and scientific advance, imagine, together with us, the society of the future.

Since its inception, Fundación Dracma has dedicated its efforts to empowering women through training programs, professional skills workshops and psychosocial support.
This 2024, we have completed twelve years of our International Neuropsychoeducation Congress, which has included, in all its versions, outstanding and outstanding exponents of neuroscience, gender perspectives and the development of technologies that provide key perspectives to the educational world.
